House cleaning in Fort Lauderdale with Talent Cleaning Services is priced starting at $150 for a one-bedroom home on standard or recurring service, and starting at $325 for a three-bedroom deep or move-out clean, with every other size and service in between. Those are minimums, never a fixed quote: the final number depends on your home, and the estimate is free.

What are the starting prices by number of bedrooms?
The starting price comes from two facts you already know: how many bedrooms the home has and which service it needs.
- Standard and recurring house cleaning: starting at $150 for one bedroom, $175 for two and $195 for three
- Deep cleaning and move-in or move-out cleaning: starting at $250 for one bedroom, $290 for two and $325 for three
- Airbnb turnover cleaning: starting at $190 for one bedroom, $220 for two and $270 for three
Homes with 4 or more bedrooms are quoted individually, and every visit is priced starting at $150, the company minimum. There is one standing offer on top of the list: $25 off your first cleaning when you start recurring service (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly). New recurring customers only.
Why is a starting price not the final price?
A starting price describes the lightest version of each job, and the estimate is where your own home gets measured against it. A home can ask for more than the lightest version, and nobody can see how much more from a list.
What the list does is tell you the floor before you ask. Telling us the bedrooms, the city, the state of the home and the schedule you want is enough for a written number, and asking for it costs nothing and ties you to nothing.
What changes the final price?
Four things move the final price above the starting point: the number of bedrooms, the condition of the home, how often the team comes, and the type of service.
- Bedrooms. They set the starting line, as the list above shows, because every extra room adds surfaces to every visit.
- Condition. A home that has gone months without professional cleaning carries buildup a maintenance visit is not built to remove. Our standard checklist says so in writing: it is meant for homes already in livable condition. In that situation the first visit is usually a deep cleaning, and the recurring rhythm starts after it.
- Frequency. How often you book decides how much each visit has to undo, and the estimate takes the schedule you want into account.
- Service type. Deep, move-out and turnover visits cover more than a maintenance visit, which is why their starting prices sit higher. The next section shows what that extra work is.
What does each visit cover?
Each service follows a written, room-by-room checklist, and the gap between the checklists is the gap between the prices.
- Standard and recurring: 57 touch points across the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, closed by a final walkthrough. Appliances are wiped on the outside; inside the oven or the fridge is an add-on.
- Deep cleaning: 70 touch points. Everything in the standard visit, plus work like degreasing inside the oven, scrubbing shower tile and grout, hand-washing baseboards and dusting the tops of cabinets.
- Move-in or move-out: built for an empty home, so it reaches inside cabinets, drawers and appliances, and the garage, once nothing is in the way.
- Airbnb turnover: more than 80 quality control points. It opens with an inspection of the property and covers linens and towels, restocking with the supplies the owner provides, a check that things work, and a final inspection before the next guest arrives.
The full lists are on each service page: recurring, deep, move-in and move-out and Airbnb.
Which services have no published starting price?
Apartment and condo cleaning, post-construction cleaning, window cleaning and add-on services have no published starting price, and neither does a home with 4 or more bedrooms. Each of those gets its own written number after a short conversation, on the same free terms as everything else. The service pages explain what each one involves: apartment and condo, post-construction, windows and add-ons.
