What Is the Job Really Like?
So nothing about day one comes as a surprise.
Most days are route days: driving between scheduled homes and workplaces, finishing each one properly before moving on. A standard stop means kitchen and bathrooms, floors vacuumed and mopped, dusting, high-touch surfaces, beds made and trash out.
Some days are different: a deep cleaning that reaches inside appliances and behind them, an empty property before a move, a rental turnover between guests, or an office after hours. Those days take longer and reward someone who works to a checklist without cutting corners.
It is indoor work, mostly on your own once the route is familiar, in occupied homes and offices. People who do well here keep to a checklist without being watched and treat someone else's space carefully.
