These Terms cover two things: using this website, at https://www.talentcleaningservices.com, and buying a cleaning from Talent Cleaning Services. Browsing the site or asking for an estimate means they apply to you. How a visit actually runs, from preparing the space to cancellation deadlines, lives on our Customer Guidance, and that page is part of this agreement.
1. Who We Are
We are a family-run cleaning company working across South Florida, in homes and in workplaces. You reach us at (561) 766-0049 or info@talentcleaningservices.com.
2. Estimates and Quotes
Asking for an estimate costs nothing and obliges you to nothing. The figure we give back is built on your description of the space, so seeing it in person can move that figure when the size or the condition turns out to be something else. When that happens you hear about it before any work starts, not on the invoice.
3. Scheduling and Access
A visit needs a way in at the agreed time. The three arrangements that work, and what happens when nobody can get through the door, are set out on our Customer Guidance.
4. Payment
Payment terms are confirmed with you when the booking is made, and the current ones are written out on our Customer Guidance. Full card numbers are never stored on this website.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Moving or cancelling a visit is a matter of telling us, and how much notice changes what it costs. The deadlines and the amounts are on our Customer Guidance rather than here, so there is one place to look instead of two that might disagree.
6. Use of the Website
Use the site lawfully. Do not attack it, break it, or try to reach parts of it that were not put there for visitors.
7. Intellectual Property
The wording, images, logos and layout on these pages belong to Talent Cleaning Services or to whoever licensed them to us, and copying or republishing them takes our permission first.
8. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
The website itself is offered as it stands, with no warranty attached. So far as Florida law allows, Talent Cleaning Services does not answer for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Where the law says a liability cannot be signed away, this paragraph does not try to.
9. Changes to These Terms
These Terms are revised when they need to be, and the date at the top says when that last happened. Carrying on with the site after a revision is how you accept the new version.
10. Governing Law
Florida law governs this agreement, setting aside its conflict-of-laws rules.
