Apartment and Condo Cleaning in Broward & Boca Raton

Cleaning a condo is two jobs: the unit, and the building around it. Talent Cleaning Services handles both: front-desk check-in, elevator windows and association vendor rules are arranged before the crew arrives, so the visit inside your door starts on time and runs the same way every time.

What We Do

What Does Apartment and Condo Cleaning Include?

An apartment visit is compact and predictable: one or two bathrooms, one kitchen, floors that fit in a morning. What makes condo cleaning its own service is everything before the front door. Buildings ask for vendors to be registered at the desk, elevators to be booked in a window, sometimes an insurance certificate on file with the association, and a crew that arrives without that groundwork gets turned away in the lobby. We set the building up once, keep it on file, and repeat it every visit. From the tower rows on the beach to the new apartments downtown, the unit gets the same standard as a house, sized to apartment scale.

Details

What Does a Condo Visit Include?

  • Building coordination first: front desk, elevator booking and vendor rules confirmed before arrival
  • Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors wiped down
  • Bathrooms scrubbed: toilets, sinks, showers, tubs and mirrors
  • Floors vacuumed and mopped wall to wall
  • Balcony glass and sliding-door tracks on request: coastal units carry salt film year-round
  • Dusting of shelves, furniture and reachable fixtures; high-touch points wiped
  • Trash out through the building’s proper disposal route

Before you book

What is not part of a standard visit?

There are 5 things that sit outside a routine visit and are not on the checklist, so nobody is surprised on the day:

  • Ironing
  • High ceiling chandeliers
  • Animal waste of any kind
  • Hazardous waste
  • The outside face of glass balcony railings

Another 8 can be added, but they have to be arranged before the visit, because a crew usually has another property the same day and the time has to exist before it can be promised. The cost is confirmed with you first:

  • Laundry
  • Oven cleaning
  • Refrigerator or freezer cleaning
  • Wall washing
  • Dishes, loaded, unloaded or washed by hand
  • Organising a space before it can be cleaned
  • Interior windows
  • Sliding glass doors

What happens on the day of the visit?

You get an estimated arrival window rather than a single fixed minute, and if the crew is running late you hear it from us by call or text instead of finding out by waiting.

There are three ways to let the crew in: be there yourself, leave a key box, or give a door or garage code. Cleaning supplies come from you, because you are the one who knows what your surfaces tolerate, and dusting covers what can be reached from a two-step stepladder, with extension poles above that.

How do you book a visit?

It starts with a free estimate: tell us about the space and we come back with a clear number, with no obligation and no fees buried in the fine print.

Payment is due in full after each visit, with a card kept on file, and first-time or one-time cleanings take a deposit of half the estimate. If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo that part at no charge. All of it is written out on our customer guidance page.

Who Is Condo Cleaning For?

Anyone whose home has a lobby: owners and renters in the oceanfront towers, downtown apartment dwellers, seasonal residents reopening a unit, and landlords turning one over between tenants. It fits recurring plans and one-time visits equally, and it is built for buildings with rules: the older the building, the more the groundwork matters, and the more it pays to have a company that already knows how condo access works.

FAQ

Apartment and Condo Cleaning FAQ

Yes, where an association or co-op board asks for vendor registration or an insurance certificate on file, we handle that paperwork directly with the building before the first visit, so you never have to play messenger between your cleaner and your front desk.

A typical one- or two-bedroom unit takes a fraction of a full-house visit, which keeps condo cleaning predictable to schedule and to price. The building itself is the variable: once desk check-in and elevator access are set up on file, later visits start on time and run the same length.

Most condo customers are not home: a key with the front desk, a lockbox or a door code covers entry, and the building already logs our arrival. You get the same arrival notice and completion confirmation either way, so the visit never depends on your calendar.

Balcony floors, railings and sliding-door glass are part of the visit on request, and near the water they earn it: salt film settles on coastal glass year-round and needs dissolving rather than dry wiping. Interior-side high-rise glass is included; exterior work beyond the balcony belongs to the building.

Yes, turnover visits for apartments run on the same building groundwork: empty-unit cleaning between tenants, or guest-ready turnovers with linens and a walkthrough for short-term rentals, timed to the check-in.
