An apartment visit is compact and predictable: one or two bathrooms, one kitchen, floors that fit in a morning. What makes condo cleaning its own service is everything before the front door. Buildings ask for vendors to be registered at the desk, elevators to be booked in a window, sometimes an insurance certificate on file with the association, and a crew that arrives without that groundwork gets turned away in the lobby. We set the building up once, keep it on file, and repeat it every visit. From the tower rows on the beach to the new apartments downtown, the unit gets the same standard as a house, sized to apartment scale.
What Does a Condo Visit Include?
- Building coordination first: front desk, elevator booking and vendor rules confirmed before arrival
- Kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors wiped down

There are 5 things that sit outside a routine visit and are not on the checklist, so nobody is surprised on the day:

Another 8 can be added, but they have to be arranged before the visit, because a crew usually has another property the same day and the time has to exist before it can be promised. The cost is confirmed with you first:

- Organising a space before it can be cleaned

What happens on the day of the visit?
You get an estimated arrival window rather than a single fixed minute, and if the crew is running late you hear it from us by call or text instead of finding out by waiting.
There are three ways to let the crew in: be there yourself, leave a key box, or give a door or garage code. Cleaning supplies come from you, because you are the one who knows what your surfaces tolerate, and dusting covers what can be reached from a two-step stepladder, with extension poles above that.
How do you book a visit?
It starts with a free estimate: tell us about the space and we come back with a clear number, with no obligation and no fees buried in the fine print.
Payment is due in full after each visit, with a card kept on file, and first-time or one-time cleanings take a deposit of half the estimate. If something is not right, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and redo that part at no charge. All of it is written out on our customer guidance page.
